STAGES OF QUALITY CONTROL
Factory Audit - Prior to selecting a supplier, the facilities must be inspected to ensure that they match your production and quality requirements. This includes capacity, staff qualifications, Quality Assurance (QA) equipment & process, proper goods storage, hygiene, child labor, and more.
Initial Production Inspection - We examine the final goods to confirm that they are at the same quality level as the reference samples you approved. Early detection of any problem encountered during the first production run is crucial in avoiding and minimizing any delays in shipments. Furthermore, it enables the supplier to correct the problem prior to shipping your goods.
Production Maintenance Inspections - Once the initial production run is approved, we control to ensure the quality standard is maintained throughout the production process while monitoring production quantities and preparing shipping schedules.
Pre-Shipment & Container Loading Inspection - We ensure the finished goods and its accessories are packaged in accordance with your specifications. We check the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped to make sure that the right products will be delivered. We then supervise the complete loading phase and consolidate your various shipments if necessary.
